You gotta check out this spot on Mill Plain—they're doing serious pastries and coffee in a super chill, unpretentious vibe. Everything's made fresh daily, and the croissants are legitimately dangerous (in the best way). Fair warning: expect a small line on weekends, but it moves quick and absolutely worth the wait.

Arrive before 9 AM on weekends or you'll miss the cinnamon rolls entirely. The staff can suggest the perfect coffee pairing for whatever pastry you grab.
