This Vietnamese café does seriously good coffee and boba—the iced coffee with condensed milk is the real deal. The spot has a casual, welcoming feel where you can actually hang out, and the prices won't hurt your wallet. Definitely worth the trip to Beaverton if you're craving something authentic and flavorful.

Get there before 2 PM on weekends—the line moves fast but peak hours can get crowded. Ask for extra boba if you want it loaded.
