Junbi Matcha - Portland

If you want legitimately good matcha that actually tastes like matcha (not sweetened regret), head to Junbi on SE 13th Ave. The vibe is chill and bright, the staff knows their stuff, and their lattes and pastries hit different. Fair warning: it's small and gets busy, but worth the wait.

Hit them up before 11am or after 2pm to skip the crowd—their morning rush is real. Cash tips appreciated and they sometimes run limited batch pastries that sell out by noon.
